Identification Systems

Identification Systems

The RFID group is a collection of our solutions for identifying bins and containers using Radio Frequency Identification technology. RFID enables process automation and identification of bins and containers during collection. It improves service quality and operational efficiency, and strengthens the waste collection system.

RFID devices reduce the risk of errors, increase control and process efficiency, and enhance the ability to detect potential errors caused by the human factor. Based on their role in the identification process, we divide our products into three main groups: Automatic RFID Identification, Manual RFID Identification, and RFID Transponders.

The deployment and installation of a specific type of automatic waste container identification system depends primarily on the vehicle type, the design of the lifter, and the type of bin or container the client wishes to identify.

PLUM – Container Identification

PLUM – Container Identification

PLUM is an innovative tool that uses image analysis to identify and detect the presence of containers. The camera captures an image, which is then analysed by artificial intelligence to read the unique PLUM code assigned to the container and confirm its presence.

The system automatically records the date and location, and all data is presented in clear reports on our ICHI System platform.

Codes placed on containers, bins or drums ensure full control and transparency of logistics processes.

Terminal

Terminal

The terminal offers a wide range of functionalities, including driver communication, GPS navigation, and GPS system diagnostics. It also enables receiving and completing a transmitted task list. In the event of irregularities during operations, the vehicle operator can report them using predefined or custom notes, with photos attached as supporting evidence.

VideoBox

VideoBox

This device transmits photos or video online from cameras installed in the vehicle. If there is no GSM signal, recorded photos are buffered on internal SD memory and transmitted once the signal is restored.

Combined with the vehicle's GPS data, it enables drawing the route on a digital map synchronised with the view recorded by the device along the travelled route.

A video recording feature allows creating object animations on a digital map synchronised with the view recorded at a given location.

Waste Weighing System

Waste Weighing System

Our weighing systems have been developed in close cooperation with our clients from the waste management industry to meet their needs, expectations and market requirements. There are two main types of weighing: dynamic and static.

Companies conducting or supervising waste collection can use the waste weighing system to:

– accurately account for the mass of waste collected from residents;
– monitor the degree of waste segregation by residents and businesses;
– compare the mass of waste collected by the vehicle with the mass determined at the landfill.
